Took a day trip to the beach with the dog.
You can always see two cooling towers from along the road and today we decided to go find them.
Turns out the hyperbolic towers are from a nuclear plant that was being built in the 70s. They ran out of money so it was never completed or active, making it not only interesting but safe! It’s now being used as a business development park.
They can be found in Satsop, WA. Take Keys Rd south off of Highway 12. You’ll come to a T with Lambert Ave which will circle the development park and give lots of creepy photo ops.
